 Making a purchase online
could not be easier. |
- To start shopping online
browse our catalogue by clicking on the "shopping" link or "quick section search" facility on
the top bar of the page or one of the product sections in orange on the left
hand side.
- Once you have decided which
items you would like to purchase simply enter the quantity required and click
the "add to cart" button. This will add the product to your shopping basket.
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the "view
basket" link on the top bar.
- When you have completed your
order proceed to the "checkout" area, this can be done at anytime by clicking
the "checkout" button on the top bar. In the checkout section you will be asked
for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. Your
information (credit details excluded) is held for future orders saving you the
task of entering it each time.
- Once completed the details
of your order will be emailed to you for your records and your order will be
processed and despatched within 24 hours.

Security |
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You can
therefore be assured that all credit card information is safe and
secure.
Always look for the "secure
padlock"  in the bottom right
hand corner of your browser to check you are on a secure site when shopping
online.
 
Also please be aware that many banks implement additional credit/debit card security procedures such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode and that this is a service managed by your bank and not by Nature's Own Ltd.
