Damaged goods or
discrepancies If your goods arrived damaged or there is a discrepancy,
please contact customer services within three working days of receiving the
goods and we will (at your preference) exchange, replace or refund
them.
Guarantee We
offer a no quibble guarantee with all of our goods should you not be completely
satisfied.
Stock We
endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. If we are unable to
supply any items at the time of your order they will follow as soon as the
stock becomes available. You will not be charged for the out of stock items
until they have been despatched.
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. There is an overview of VAT charges in "Your Basket".
We must receive payment for the whole price of the goods
including carriage charges and VAT before your order can be
despatched.

Delivery UK ORDERS
Orders placed before noon are normally despatched the
same day. If you have not received your goods within three working days please
contact customer services.
UK
orders under £25.00 we charge a nominal postage and packing fee of
£1.95. UK orders above
£25.00 FREE OF
CHARGE.
Dependant on
weight your order will either be sent by first class post or via our nominated
carrier. A signature is required on receipt of the goods if delivered by our
carrier.
