This is our larger sized bottle comprising 60 one-a-day capsules of Wholefood Cherry C. Nature’s Own Cherry C contains pure, powdered acerola cherry, yielding 25% vitamin C in vegetarian capsules.

Each capsule of Wholefood Cherry C is pure powdered Acerola Cherry with nothing added or taken away (but not the pips and skin!). Each 800mg capsule will give you 200mg's of vitamin C with the remainder of the capsule containing a whole array of beneficial bioflavonoids, vitamins, minerals and other phytonutrients, making it an ideal wholefood-based source of Vitamin C and nutrition. As Acerola Cherry is naturally very low acid these Cherry C capsules are very gentle on the tummy, citrus-free and ideal for those with a citrus intolerance.

Bioflavonoids (sometimes known as Vitamin P)

Vitamin C is best absorbed in the presence of bioflavonoids. Most bioflavonoids are citrus-derived. In the same way that bioflavonoids are naturally-occurring in the presence of vitamin C in fruit (e.g. orange peel), Wholefood Cherry C capsules have naturally-occurring bioflavonoids.

Suggested Intake: 1-2 capsules daily, or take as directed by a practitioner.
